In January 2008, the Company’s Board of Directors determined to primarily focus the Company on developing products to treat cancer. As a developmental stage company, substantially all of our efforts will be devoted to performing research and experimentation, conducting clinical trials, developing and acquiring intellectual properties, raising capital and recruiting and training personnel. Currently, we do not have any products in clinical trials or on the market. We are still in the early stages of identifying and conducting research on potential products. |
