Company Origins

Origin of Oncolin and the restructuring of Edgeline Holding Inc. The principle founders of Edgeline Holding have been searching on a serious basis for three years for a promising cancer biotech research project. In September 2007, the Company began negotiations with The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer, the world’s largest and most prestigious cancer hospital and research institute and Dr. Waldemar Priebe for the development of a promising cancer drug based on glycolysis inhibitors. The company acquired 100% of a privately held company; Intertech Bio. In October, 2007, the company concluded consulting agreements with Dr. Priebe, HPI, Dr. Timothy Madden and others to assist Intertech Bio in the development of certain cancer patents held by M. D. Anderson. In November 2007, Intertech Bio signed an option agreement for five cancer technologies based patents developed by Dr. Priebe and a team of M. D. Anderson scientists. In January 2008, Edgeline Holdings Inc., decided to focus entirely on the development of biotech cancer drugs. Consequently, Edgeline Holdings and its wholly owned subsidies, Intertech Bio changed their name of the company to Oncolin Therapeutics Inc., to reflect the total commitment of the newly named company to the development of cancer drugs based on the patent it has acquired from M. D. Anderson. The name change to Oncolin Therapeutics approved by the State of Nevada Secretary of State on March 6, 2008; On Friday 19, 2008, the company filed it.
